We work with butter cream, fondant, marzipan, and modeling chocolate to make you the cake of your dreams! Want to make someone feel really special? We can put their portrait right on the cake! Bread and Rolls
Our homemade always fresh bread and rolls are what we have always been known for! Our loaves are made from Semolina, Wheat, or Rye flours and come in different shapes, sizes and textures.
Some of the most popular include; Italian loaf, high top, flat bread, French loaf, twist bread, large wheat, high top wheat, rye, breadsticks, and ring bread. Not sure which loaf to buy? Just let us know what you plan on using it for and we will pick you the perfect loaf every time!
Prepared Foods
Whether you’re looking for lunch on the go or a pre-cooked meal to bring home to your family we have it covered! We have a huge array of freshly made fully cooked dishes that are sold by the pound, just heat them up and you’re good to go! Some of our staples include; chicken cutlets, bruschetta, macaroni salad, broccoli rabe, potato salad, eggplant parm, chicken marsala, frigadelles, stuffed long hots, lasagna, eggplant bruschetta, grilled chicken and vegetables, sausage and peppers, and many more! Our menu changes daily so be sure to stop in and see what the chef just made!
Pizza and Stromboli’s
Once you’ve had a slice of our freshly baked pizza you’ll be hooked! We use freshly crushed tomatoes and peppers to simmer up a sauce you’ll never forget. Made daily you can stop in and pick up a slice or call ahead and order a whole or half pie with whatever toppings your heart desires or the ever popular tomato pie. Not a sauce fan? Our perfect mixture of garlic and Italian olive oil creates a base for a delicious white pizza. Some of our most popular white toppings include; pizzazz, broccoli, olive, spinach and ricotta, bruschetta, or buffalo chicken!
With our homemade dough, freshly sliced meats, and fresh mozzarella our Stromboli’s are to die for! Some of our staples include; pepperoni, broccoli, Italian, roast pork, steak, vegetable, meatball or eggplant parm, and spinach. Call ahead and we can fill it with anything you’re craving!
Gift Baskets and Trays
We offer a variety of baskets and trays. They are great gifts and perfect to bring to a party. Our cookie trays vary in sizes ranging from 1 ½ lbs to 5 lbs and are filled with specialty Italian cookies. We also offer chocolate covered pretzel and pastry trays and various sizes as well. Our pastry trays normally consist of a variety of cannolis, creampuffs, éclairs, and other miniature pastries. Want to mix it up? Order your trays in advance and we will be able to cater to your requests!
Aside from the sweets we also make great antipasto, hoagie, and cheese and cracker trays. Stop in and pick out what you’d like on your tray or just tell us how big you’d like it and we’ll design it for you!
